Hey! I’m so glad that you are here! I’m going to be linking to my YouTube videos here, and sharing helpful tips and tools to improve and deepen your experience with Balancing Yoga Durango. Why BYD? Because all people, all the time, are looking to balance exercise, mindfulness, life, family… the list goes on and on. I’m sorry/not sorry to add to your list here, but I happen to think, especially in times of upheaval like we are currently in, learning and practicing mindful actions and connecting to your body can help you in so many ways. In fact, it can balance and support all the other items that you wish to do in your life. I hope you find that too, as we move forward!

I love working with kids and teens, so my classes are generally formed around the idea of teaching them tools to deal with life and any trauma they may have experienced. But they are fun, too, and your students will walk away stronger and calmer, with a positive outlook on life.
